I Have Something to Say

My darling four month old puppy died of Parvo today. Yes we vaccinated her but as someone who's dealt with close on 70 dogs in the last five years please let me say that it doesn't always take... But that's not what I wanted to say (so please vaccinate!)I just want to say please don't tell me God is good or God is great or send me some f***ing twee little affirmations to make things better. I'm not in the mood -馃槨

Absolutely vaccinations are very important. Parvo is a killer, however with puppies it is very common, due to their immune system being very low. Parvo must have been already in the system, the vaccination must have brought the virus to the surface. Are you aware that you should try to avoid getting another dog at least for next 6 months?
