I Have Something to Say

Father's Day is always bitter sweet to me. I really never knew my Father as he was in and out of my life for most of it until he died. I was lucky to have a Grandfather who stepped in and took his place. I am eternally grateful to him and love him. I pray I can be half the man he is..Love you, Pop.

That is such a wonderful tribute to your pop. Without saying too much I have a child in my life that will never know her father most likely. My father has stepped up as her father figure and they have an amazing relationship. Although she understands that he is her mother's father she still calls him pop dad. I don't know where she would be without my parents.
