Drink a glass of water now. Wait about an hour and have another glass of water. The alcohol has messed with your body chemistry, and you are probably dehydrated from the throwing up :( Eat some nice beef or chicken Ramen to get rid of the muck in your gut. And no this is not a recipe for you to go and do it again tonight!

thats why you just have some beers drinking instead of a bunch of shorts and mixed drinks. take ginger root to calm your stomach

Drinking is okay if you don't go to excess. I was young too and did all the stupid things and thankfully survived and didn't kill anyone. These days I can happily have a beer or 2 and don't need to get off my face.
Here's another thought, it's bloody expensive.
