@Lolco3: thank you. It was nice. We had a good time till a fight broke out. We left early. I really wasn't expecting that fight.

El primo no estaba invitado. Due to some family feud.

I left because I didn't want to wait for them to come back after security escorted them out.

@Lolco3: thanks. I had a hard time explaining to my kids why we had to leave, why a fight broke out, and why her cousin wasn't invited. There's a reason we live in a suburb lol
There's still gang violence, it's just not as seen and not as common.
