It's my little sister birthday now and I haven't congratulate her. Because she seems to hate me and ignore me. I didn't live together with her, she lived with my mom and her new father. I really miss her so much but I can't tell her because I haven't got her number. Even if I had, she'll ignore me. I miss her so much

I find it quite sad how often families seem broken and split, however it is touching that despite your feeling she doesn't get along with you, you still have fond feelings for her.
