I Have Something to Say

The saddest thing about the internet is finding things people have made, and falling in love with their work only to discover their projects are unfinished and have been dead for years, and that they have disappeared or taken a new name somewhere else.

@RoyX54 Like for example I found an online comic series based on a game I really liked. It was really well done, but it was discontinued. That's what made me think about it. But there are alot of things. Sometimes I see videogame mods that no longer update despite being incomplete but being very good. Or sometimes it's a video series, or a channel on youtube that abruptly ends and had been ended for years. There are alot more examples i could think of but you get the point

Makes me think of Blogspot. If you slump blogs, it's like an endless Universe of old blogs dated back to '99 or when they started it.

Hmm. Can you give an example of something you saw online that wasn't complete?

Okay. I understand. True. It's not good indeed. But it make you wonder what could caused it to be discontinued. There may be several factors that lead to it. We really ouldn't exactly know what caused it. And it should as well also teach us to carry on with our dreams as Best we can and not be discouraged even if things could be tough sometimes.

@Royx54 no, there are plenty of valid reasons to stop doing what you are doing. They could have more important things to do or they could just not want to do what they were doing before. I just find it sad to discover something dead.

@mercedes810 exactly. It's like that too. You can find blogs of people and as you look through them you come to like them only to find out they have been long since gone for years.

I'm just curious please.
