I'm wide awake because the smoke detector was beeping every minute since 7:30am.

No smoke around the house. It had a red light indicating low battery so I grabbed the remote and hushed it. Now I'm on SW with all of you. How could it get any worse?🤷‍♀🤣

[@GunFingersome of mine still have a battery compartment..my neighbors called me and said,The detector wouldn't shut off..I just ripped it apart..solved,man😹

@bookerdana I cooked steak on Wednesday and again last night and the steam from the shower last night is probably why the battery is dying.🤣
