He said the cameras are going off constantly and he keeps getting notifications.

He thinks people might be walking past the house. I asked him why he doesn’t just check and then switch the notifications off so he doesn’t get disturbed. 🤷‍♀

It’s up to him if he wants to get some sleep before work. Just logic.

Sounds too easy to me...
@GunFinger That doesn't surprise me.

My abuser is often the same when it comes to the Ring doorbell. Because I have ME/POTS, I struggle to regulate my own body temperature, especially when I am stressed. For me, that means that I get cold and can't warm up in front of a fire or radiator - so, I might wear a scarf, hat and gloves.

My abuser is in hospital, where he's been since January. Last month, I went out to throw some trash away wearing a wooly hat with a pom pom on it. I was asked if I went outside with a wooly hat on??? I'm alone in the house... if someone matching my general description was seen out there in a wooly hat... who else could it be??? Easter Bunny???

@HootyTheNightOwl exactly. I am sometimes asked if I went out the house because he received a notification. I say yes because it's obvious and why is he asking if he gets notified and if he saw me? Isn't that what notifications are for? I don't have a twin or a doppelganger.
@GunFinger When he wasn't in hospital, he was so bad that I had to state that I went out to the trash can - even though I was only out there for a few seconds... and always on camera.

Like... you can literally see me the whole time I'm out there... what do you think I'm up to???

He that paranoid?
GunFinger · F
@Degbeme I think so.
GunFinger · F
@Degbeme but there's no reason to be paranoid.

@GunFinger Sounds like he has brought this on himself.
