We just lost a friend to suicide.💔

You don't know what someone is going through, so..
- spread kindness whenever you can
- be the reason they smile today
- show compassion
- listen more than you speak

I want to say something, but don't know to say it. I myself lost a friend due to suicide back when I was young adult. As a person you never truly gets over a suicide loss. You get through it. Day by day. Sometimes it’s moment by moment.

I still relive that day over and over again. Like what could I have done differently or what.

Thats one day I'll never forget and I'm sure you will never will either.
