I Have Something to Say

25lbs down in 3 weeks - That's not good. Idk if it's post op related, diabetes related or something else? I'm officially 35lbs lighter than I was when I got pregnant with the twins. I lost approximately 10lbs (from my starting weight) by the time I delivered them prematurely on 12/22 and subsequently lost them on 12/23

I had my apt today, i had a pelvic exam which showed lots of tenderness still.
My external scar is completely healed and almost non existent (can't even tell I had surgery)
But something is so very wrong, the pain has been increasing since Monday.
I had been doing a lot better late last week and today I almost feel like I did a few days after I came out of surgery.
My doctor ordered a ct scan just to make sure there is no internal bleeding or clotting and no fluid retention in my uterus. (Because that's not something I need) last thing I need is a hysterectomy after my Endocrinologist just told me the 100 reasons he's opposed to it at my "young" age (29)
The scan is scheduled for tomorrow. I guess we'll see. All I know is that the pain has since increased since I got back from the doctor. Shifting in bed hurts (left side, right side, all of my abdomen upper and lower)
I need to catch a break....
