1. Humans are not Aliens. I don't like that label and it is wrong.
2. They have due process. ICE can't just take them and deport them willy nilly. They have to go through legal proceedings.
3. Just because the regime claims they are illegal does not mean they are. They have claimed the ones they have kidnapped "admit they entered illegally" despite there being American birth cetificates for those people. It cannot be both. And they are not fraudulent birth cetificates. The administration is lying about the status of all of them. It was Trump's first admin that allowed KILMAR Abrego Garcia to stay here and suddenly they claim he is a gang member? He wasn't back when they let him stay. ...🤔
They have detained many American Citizens and held them for days without any evidence to their claims. They have detained tourists for nefarious reasons who have valid passports and tickets to leave the country because they are just tourists.
4. No one has to assist ICE or cooperate with them. The judge does not have to let them in and to take the person in her court room. He fled out a side door from what I gather....It is not the job of the judge to go get him or stop him. That's the job of officers of the court. (Note: this person detained was a criminal and the judge was presiding over his criminal case so he definitely was someone who should be deported. I am not arguing that here. he was likely going to prison.)
5. I posted the Attorney General telling us they would arrest judges ..pre-emptively....for "disagreeing with their immigration policies" that ARE NOT LAWS. EO's are not laws. They are guidance for congress to legislate them into law. That hasn't happened. Judges must go off current established law. They cannot arrest judges for disagreeing with them so they need to come up with a reason to arrest . Obstruction.
These are logical connections based on behavior and actions and statements made by their own administration and current established rule of law, which they are actively ignoring.
What more will convince people that this is Fascism? Does it need to be spelled out bit by bit or can we all pay enough attention to understand what is happening?
Do we need to see an actual concentration camp before we believe or can we do something before it gets to that point?
When they ignore the law, that is a road to Fascism and Tyranny. It leads nowhere else.
The rest of the world is calling for their people to not come here, their safety is a concern. Many people are cancellling trips. Why doesn't that make you pause?
Why doesn't Trump ignoring a Supreme Court ruling make you pause?
Why doesn't them claiming they will arrest based on speech and disagreenace give you pause?

The answer to your question is that the Law is only for those who have a different view from the King (as used to be the case before the Revolution). The King and his lickspittles have declared that whatever unsubstantiated nonsense they say shall not be challenged. The more that people like you and me complain and point out the inconsistencies, the more the angry mob know that they are winning. Obviously one day they will be in the way and will suffer the same fate, but that will be for tomorrow.
