A judge denied release because they claim this student is a FLIGHT RISK... ....a student they are trying to deport is a flight risk? 🤔
And because she is a "danger to the community" because she wrote an op-ed in condemnation of Israel and in support of Palastenian people.
Of course that means "she loves Hamas"
No. No it does not.
But whatever. Judges no longer need to abide by Consitutional Law. We are Under Trump Law.
She has Asthma. They are denying care for this.
