Walked Away (2nd time post...)

It's interesting that some who were close to me have walked away from me as a real friend, and never say goodbye…. I guess I deserve that, when I'm no longer worthy of friendship…. But it's OK….So long it's been good to know you…. And don't let the door hit you on the way out....

But do you think there is anything about you that warranted it? In the last 10 years I have had to delete at least 3 friendships because of their behaviour. 2 ghosted me for absolutely no reason but when I looked back it was more likely to do with that I was only a friend when it benefited them. Another had done well in his career and had increased his wealth and so decided that he would only associate with people of the same wealth bracket.

@Dayman343 when you get ghosted and they don't reply, and all communication is cut off, how do you investigate??

@masterofyou True. It would really bother me though thinking I may be guilty of doing them wrong somehow. At least with my 'friends' I had a degree of closure. I do know that people can be weird and very selfish.

@Dayman343 one person i know was a very long loyal friend, and the only thing i keep thinking is something tragic happened to her. But the rest i have no idea.... But again i treat people with love and respect....
I will say if im treated in a bad way, then consider yourself gone......

Having friends on line is lying to one's self. Having acquaintances online is being realistic. (imho)
