Having dealt with bouts of depression myself this rang true for me, what's your thoughts?

@crossproduct: I don't think so, why can't some of what he says ring true in some cases? Instead of calling him names just say you disagree... some folks my actually benefit in a positive way to what he said.

All right, I disagree, very strongly. I don't see how anyone could benefit in a positive way from a video entitled "The Truth About Depression" that doesn't understand what depression is. I wish I could take him on a tour of the inside of my head with no meds so he can find out what psychotic depression is really like.
