Anxiety sick
I didn't sleep well....I am sick with worry for my son.
His girlfriend and he are "taking a break" because she is reliving some trauma and needs to work on herself. This is what my son told me. He said she wants to go no contact.
She just flew here at the beginning of the month and she also visted in July.
Things seemed good. They have been talking about her moving here.
I do not know what to do. I feel sick for him. I feel fucking sick for him. I worry he will spiral down.
He JUST started a new therapist.
Im just so confused. I really like her. She is good for him. She seems like a good human and decent person. She was good for him and supportive.
