Is the new catch phrase being used to coin the notion that Trump pivoted and was less sociopathic for a period of about 4 hrs and just a day later is the same as he ever was.

I didn't watch it but according to my husband by the end of his speech he was back to same ol' same ol' rambling deranged old guy. He couldn't even make it the full 4 hours.
