People tend to say that they love you but their actions and behaviors say something totally different. Energy is sacred protect your peace.

If they say "I love you" but then totally disregard you the next second that says a lot about that person, trust me. On the other hand if someone says "I love you" then maybe gives you a hug or at least a reassuring look, that too says a lot about that person. Unfortunately people can fake emotions and actions so it's hard to tell who in your life is loyal.. (I'm guilty of that)
