a friend of mine is getting a tattoo today

and I am so enfvious

I want to get one, (on my wrist), but I am terrified of needles.

I'm sort of inspired to book it in now, (because she beat me to it, and I'm not happy), but what do you think?. does it really hurt all that much?

Even worse than pain is that some people get addicted to accumulating them and some have gotten liver transplants because the ink is constantly leaking in small amounts back into the body and the liver must filter it. Also a case of hepatitis (maybe more) has happened requiring a liver transplant…even though the tattoo artist opened a new needle to use.
