These are a few random thoughts jumbled up I suppose?. But my first thought anyway is..retail seems like a stepping stone, not to continue up the career ladder, but to support you financially whilst you're perhaps studying, or going into study. Why is this?..Capitalism,..I at first started out in the place so enthusiastic, like my ability, and commitment would get me there. Its all more "Time and money."..Thought of a more professional environment. Like it would be almost like the training we get?..but nothing like it...the rotation of the youthful in the more advanced profession..they come and go as they leave for studies. And why all so young?.. is it because they are more easy to control or on the minimum wage??..I think its both..but mainly minimum wage!!!. Selfscans and and other artificial intelligence are seeing people out of employment to save businesses money, and they are cutting back on other services they don't need that bide them time and money!.. But its not healthy!!..Capitalism is seeking to put so many out of employment that not only by artificial intelligence...but by training current employees up in multiple areas so they don't need to bring any in...money saving!!. At the end of the day. I see it as a shambles. And already even from my own personal point of view before I even started on this, I saw humans driving themselves to extinction anyway. I've chosen a different path in August, im going to study sciences to hopefully study Zoology or Environmental Biology...No doubt in my mind the Natural World has always been my passion. And I would rather spend a life trying to help the endangered habitats and species...in order to actually help ourselves..but I suppose that starts with us..we're creating the biggest movements on the planret "global warming" and I know things are difficult with population vastly expanding, and technology advancing..but we depend more on the natural world than we do anything else..seeing deforestation, ice sheets melting, natural pollinators dying out, species we depend on.
