I Have Something To Say

I want to ask some questions. Make some points..say there's a mature person??, and I mean in the way they act around others. But is maturity the way we act, and that we should all try to be that way?..or can maturity be about understanding others?..understanding we're all different, understanding people's needs?...You might not be the most approachable because you're anxious...you might have an invisible disability...you might have faced trauma not long ago. And it can influence how you communicate with others!..your not exactly shy..but people think you are?..for your age they might think its immature?...And yes life is about not treating people badly for the sake of things that have happened in your own personal life...they shouldn't be punished for your own life difficulties.....but Im not saying that....I'm saying..whether people act, look, or lack confidence, then ofcourse it causes them to act differently, communicate differently, perhaps rarely interact with others at all!...people still tend to see the talkative, and the one negotiating, and a bit lively as more mature...and understanding because as humans we're about communicating. As an introvert..I pick up on small details, and can sense feelings, and moods...And as much as I'm quiet, perhaps nervous too...I care for many...taking part in charity walks again this year for heart and stroke...last year for Epilepsy...but I wear my rainbow lanyard at work (even if I'm poker faced, or look unapproachable) to say "you can talk to me".."I am approachable"...Im not very chatty and jumpy because it drains my energy as an introvert...but I'm understanding, and im there for anyone x
