Wearing a pink shirt

If a man or boy wears a pink shirt...

It means nothing.

Nothing at all.

It means the dude is wearing a pink shirt.
That is it.

It doesn't mean they are gay or LGBTQ+ or Trans or Queer or anything of that nature. It doesn't mean they are cross dressing.

When people speak about inherent bias..this is a GREAT example.

Pink is for girls
Blue is for boys

No. These colors are not inherently feminine or masculine...these biased ideologies surrounding the gender of the color of clothing is a societal label.

Society created this rule...inherently most people accept it as a fact ..inherently pink is girly...

But it is not. You just can't get past that which society has drilled into your brain.

Yeah I haven't worried about pink/rose shirts since the 80s...when Crockett and tubs made it cool

@Pretzel Well, some people on this site haven't figured it all out yet. They think buying a small child a pink shirt with a unicorn is something that the child "can wait until they are 16 to decide" 🙄

@JaggedLittlePill let me correct that to be sure we are clear they think *a small male child* should not wear a pink shirt with a unicorn because it inherently means something about gender or sexual preference.
@JaggedLittlePill smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

@JaggedLittlePill great...now you got me search extra large unicorn sweatshirts at work!

Productivity killer! :)
