So I woke up drowned in sweat

Needed to get up but the idea of cold air was so painful that I had to lay in bed for 20mins working up the courage to get up and reach where my clothes were sitting. Now I'm boiling so I've stripped down again. Stomach aching too. Fuck this shit 🤨

@caccoon I think I've been having one, yeah. Too warm then too cold, or feeling boiling hot but my back feeling freezing ❄️

Do you have any other symptoms? I get really sick like this when I get an ear/throat infection. I hope you can go to the doctor if you need to!
