I Have Something to Say

The most cringe-worthy thing I know is when people who consider themselves to be like, human in body but animal/other creature in soul or past life (otherkin, therians, etc. other stuff idk) claim to be something, but in trying to act it out or "be themselves", immediately disprove that claim.

Like, I love wolves. I'm named after them, in fact. I've made stories about it before. Thing is, wolves seem to be one of the most popular animals for these people to be. I get it, they're pretty awesome, and they got some *edgy* stories and folklore around them. But when you start talking about wanting to howl because the moon is out, alpha wolves/beta wolves, barking and growling at smaller animals bc hunting instincts, packs with 10+ "wolves", "so happy to be alone ^^ #lonewolf" mindsets etc. you really need to fact check, because your behavior has absolutely nothing to do with real wolves.

I bet there are other, similar inaccuracies for other animals and creatures, this is just the one I notice every. damn. time. so it was kind of what stuck out to me.

If you're one of those people, PLEASE look stuff up before you make a real fool out of yourself in front of people. I don't understand you and I won't pretend to, but please at least try to make it convincing.
