I mean it I'm looking for a way to finance more cosmetic surgery. I will look good again even if it kills me.

I know if I look good I will feel good. I want my outsides to match my insides and I will make it happen.Everytime I've come back from getting a procedure I have that glow to me. That glow that says I'm an angel and I'm walking on all the clouds in heaven. I want to restore that glow and I want my confidence and self esteem back.
