Lucky men don't have anything monthly yet they're like a dog when they're sick.

Men do have a hormonal cycle, it just doesn't hit like ours do , or synch with it . (Which i think is a cruel sense of humour on gods behalf ).

And i think every man (or boy, given the timing) should try a period simulator ....i think they might learn a thing or two .

Sorry if you got that impression .

I just meant that 'some' men think that its half bullshit and dont realise it can be truly incapacitating.
For some women it can be so bad as to ruin careers, health in general its so debilitating.
And many men never even think why we prefer to go to the extreme of poisoning ourselves with the pill , than have periods 🙄

@OogieBoogie oh gosh no dear, i was just stating it, i know some can be very cruel about it, i had an ex gf that had truly terrible periods, almost like you described, maybe even just like you described, i Always tried to be supportive though honestly it was really scary as a teenager/early 20's, i tried to be my best for her....
