I Have Something to Say
A little peace and queit.
Husband took the kids and went to his sisters house for dinner.
Technically they made it for me but I can't really go out so he's bringing me back dinner, or should I say tomorrow's lunch?
Corundas! Corundas are like Tamales but instead of wrapping them in corn husks they're wrapped in banana leaves & shaped into 3 sided pyramids (my sister in law adds finely diced zucchini to hers) then she makes a pork meat simmered in spicy tomato sauce and you eat them together with a dollop of sour cream.
They're so delicious
I can't wait
