for the matter because 9 times out of 10. it’s already running through that persons mind DAILY. be proud of the efforts that they are making. don’t tell them what they need to do or what they should already be doing. give them encouragement and kind words. advice is okay. but constantly hounding someone will do nothing besides put them down.
