@bijouxbroussard @JaggedLittlePill If it isn't an immediate family member or 1st cousin, most jurisdictions don't consider it incestuous. He shouldn't have only excluded 1st cousins and shouldn't have said that incest is OK at all....just a dumb comment from someone who ought to know better.
