Weird stuff

Woke up at 2 something in the morning.

Felt weird...went to the bathroom. Felt a little scared and a bit paranoid. Not sure why. I checked on the kids. Looked out the front door with my half blind eyes and no glasses..like a crazy old lady ..or something.

I haven't slept since. Just an overall feeling of unease.

Not sure what to do with this.

But I am realizing ..I might not have taken my anxiety medicine yesterday..this could be the culprit.

This is a terrible feeling.
