But the most stupid thing is online baking class 😑 like.. we must pay for something that we can get for free in YouTube. Seriously.. there is no difference between learning by Zoom or watching on YouTube, a proper baking class is supposed to be offline, that way we can directly see, feel, touch the batter/dough, and the instructor can correct us directly when we make mistake

Exactly.Baking is a serious affair.If you can't touch the texture or feel the taste,it's no different than watching a yt food channel.
