Quite the irrational rant. We get it, you're a liberal and hate Trump. So you disparage his supporters over gas price discussions?

Here is a bit of news for you kid. Oil is a global commodity. The reason gas prices were low under Trump is because during his presidency, his policies removed the obstacles to make the US energy independent meaning we produce more than consume.

The first thing Biden did as president was to reverse those successful policies and the current gas prices reflect that reality. When oil production is restricted, prices go up. Economics 101. Supply and demand.

The other elements of your rant I'll leave for others.

@carpediem You missed the point so Ill say it again, gas prices have ALWAYS been high in some states such as FL and lower in other states such as GA, a connecting state, Yes even with Trump in office. I will give you an example, Gas station A, in a state (I will use FL) Gas station A for gas is $3.49 a gal. gas station B, a mile away is $3.19 a gal they get their fuel delivery from the same truck from the same refinery. Why is gas station A more? Price gouging? Greed? Biden supporter? Why? Its the same as asking why is GA or Co cheaper then FL or CA?

This is not my rant i copied it from a posting a friend posted I just wanted to get a point across.

@midschtch Ten miles south from my home the gas prices are always 70 cents more. Ten miles north they’re 30 cents less. Local taxes and other things drive the changes. It’s like this in many places. It’s not corporate greed like Biden claims. He’s an idiot.

Edit: Price fixing is illegal. Competition is healthy. A variety of reasons drive local gas prices. Each station’s overhead, allocations, ease of access and more drive the difference in prices just like any other industry. I suggest you buy from the cheap place.

You’re welcome.
