I'm with youuuu 🙃 I do some really cringey shit at least once a day, but I have a few that are bad enough to have stayed with me over the years that replay in my head randomly
@caccoon Yes....totally randomly. This is how most of my memories of things happen....randomly in the middle of doing other stuff... I think this is a rather normal thing for those who have experience trauma. Sometimes though, it can be the ruin of an entire day.
