I have observed a number of people seem invested in the social dynamics of SW: popular versus unpopular, shout out posts, people should post this or not post that.. things like that. I gotta say, I don’t really get it. It’s just a forum. Granted, in my opinion, a pretty cool forum compared to other sites I’ve used, (I definitely appreciate the feedback, supportive replies, and interesting convos), but none of this ‘matters; in real life. 🤷🏻‍♀️

thats men vs women on here. Women get the most attention and men simping over them and acting like they are actually going to get lucky.
Of course there are the catfish who are men posing as women.. So men simping for other men. Its pretty funny

that's kind how it works in RL too.

If i spoke out in the middle of the street and said ..."my dad hates me and i got no job" ( or some such) , who would give a shit ?
Who'd care?

You can't expect everyone to drop their emotional baggage and problems to take on yours.

You gotta take the time to get to know people. Put in effort .

These 'popular' people you speak of have prolly been here for years, helped others along the way .

They EARNED their support .

You want it ?
You gotta earn it, like everybody else🤷‍♀️

And "reciprocated" kinda means 'get what you give '.

So ......maybe think about what you give out, before you complain about what you expect from others.
