It's so weird to see people born in early 80s and 90s clumped together.

The Boomer cohort is typically referred to as one group, born within the 20-year time span of 1946–1964. During the Boomer birth year, a baby was born every eight seconds. Clearly, the title baby “boom” was certainly appropriate for this big generation of 80 million. By 1964, Boomers comprised 40% of the US population.@CrazyMusicLover
@SW-User 1946–1964 is at least a post war era. For us, 1989 means the significant political shift. Kids born in 1981 went to school in former regime and lived through the transition. We who were born in 90s only know about it from stories and movies . You simply can't clump 80s and 90s together here. I feel the same about kids who have grown up without smartphones, tablets, easily accessible internet connection, social media and those who used it since early childhood. Which could be kids born before and after 2002 or so.
