Have you ever....

Had pain in your legs after they have gotten cold? It used to be something that happened randomly to me and I haven't had that happen for a long time.


But I have that kind of pain in my leg since yesterday.

It is like a tight muscle, on my shin...almost. The whole bottom front of my leg hurts like it is cold and tight...that is the best description i can give.


I hate getting older and not having a clue why my body is doing all these weird things. I am aware I am not the first or last....just having my personal moment. ....so don't come at me! 🤣
