I am not sure what is going on ...

But the whole house was sick...and we all seemed to recover.

Last week all was good. ...aside from some residual congestion in my nose...

Today I woke up and I am sick again. Terrible sinus presssure. Burning. Sneezing over and over. Watery eyes. Congestion. Stuffed nose. Runny nose.

I want to cry. 😢

A very hot shower and bending over in that shower is apparently the solution to a severely clogged nose. I feel it clogging again though.

Maybe if I stop breathing through it?! 🤣
