Do you think it is necessary for a female that lives alone to have a gun ?

I think it’s a good idea for anyone living alone to feel the peace of knowing they would be able to defend themselves in case a situation were to arise that required them to do so. But everyone’s idea of self defense is different and with any line of defense taken it is vital to have the education and experience to be able to utilize them properly. Otherwise they’re pointless methods of defense.
