If you keep telling someone you’re unhappy about something & they’re not doing anything to change it then it obvious they don’t care!

No matter how many times you desire people to listen to you , at the end of the day you have to make the change . If you don't like the outcome you are responsible for you .

Idk about them not caring. They just don't know where or how to start sometimes. That being said, it gets real draining for the other person trying to help.
