not everyone has the same pace in life. You could be 21 and working a full time job, or you could be 21 and working on getting to your Masters, or you

could be 21 and at home helping out with your family. People choose different paths for different reasons. Don’t let the timing of success for others define you and your timing and your choices.

I see so many kids being discouraged because of comparison to others. Don’t let it get to you. You are the captain of your journey. Don’t use someone else’s map to lead you to your destination.
