Pay attention to the ones who are quick to become accusatory and rude

Many people are just looking for a fight. Many people are just angry.
Don't be that guy. Don't waste your life being upset. Don't waste the gift of today you've been given.
Yeah, everything is upside down. You can't control all of that.
But you can spend time with your children today. They don't know the world is falling apart, but they can see that their mom or dad is angry today and they want to spend time with you.

You can spend time with your wife today. Sit with her, talk with her. Listen to whatever she wants to talk about, even if the conversation turns to the south side... listen to her.
You can spend time alone today, too.
What you invest your energy in is what your story will be and how you will be remembered when you die.
