Comcast has just raised the bill again; now, the bill is the same as it was when I reduced service last month.

sounds like you better call accounting then if they're smart they'll conference call the subscription dept. and ask what's up.

or if it's bad enough, this being only a month passing, you could be reimbursed, credited OR they could have an apology thanks for not leaving us bribe.


unless this was for only a statement period... then, that is typical.
