What do you do when you are and Empath married to a Narcissist?

This, in my view is the worst combination of personalities one can ever imagine! I'm living in hell every single day. Due to being with the Narcissist, I don't have any friends or family members to talk to. Only my mother but then, I do not want to trouble her with this issue. Living with a Narcissist is like dying everyday.
