My house mate Donna is hitting me again. And billing my other house mate too.

If you were the type to stand up for yourself physically, it would probably have already happened - but nevertheless, you need to immediately get to work on getting this person out of your life and making sure that there are some sort of consequences attached to this behavior. Is this college housing? Go to your RA. Otherwise, perhaps talk to the police and your landlord.
When the pandemic ends, enroll in a judo class. Being able to handle shit tends to preempt a lot of shit.
