Texas said, “the Constitution matters or it doesn’t.”

I guess it doesn’t matter to the SCOTUS.

Uhm no.. it's not really about the constitution:

It’s all about the Constitution. That’s all that matters. If we don’t uphold the Constitution, then there is no Republic! Period. @Elessar

@Carissimi "Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot."

You live in Italy. You know nothing about how our system works. @Elessar

@Carissimi I'm sorry? 😅 Living out of a country prevents you from learning the inner working of another? And this according to who?

@Carissimi isnt it funny how euros think they know so much, and all they do is parrot CNN?
Carissimi · 70-79, F
Exactly. I took an oath, almost 30-years ago to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. I don’t care if someone calls themselves Republican or Democrat, Left or Right. I care if they uphold the Constitution, and in my opinion, along with Justices Thomas and Alito, 20 States, 127 representatives, and the President, and at least 74 million others, who believed this is a violation of the Constitution. @TexChik

@TexChik The CNN doesn't exist in Europe, lol. Anyway, besides our own sources, I have access to the very same outlets you can have access to. From Trump's tweets, to the Associated Press, Fox News, the OANN; mention anything and I've probably heard of it and potentially read/watched it.

We also have experience with a political cult that was implemented someway similarly to Trump's over here, so let's say I'm speaking from experience.

You have access to propaganda. Just because you access American propaganda does not mean you understand our Constitution, and laws. @Elessar

@Carissimi I have access to the same propaganda you're using to try to counter my argument that the rejection didn't happen over Constitutional concern but lack of evidence. Except for the fact that I can successfully identify that as propaganda.

I also have access to the order I literally posted above, citing lack of evidence.
