Trumpettes: Trump has failed in the courts. You think he can still steal the election?

He can’t.

He can mount a challenge to the EC in the House. It won’t work because the House is Democrat controlled.

It also only needs a couple of Republican defectors in the Senate to overrule him there too.

If the Senate and the House disagree, it goes to the state governors.

There’s no way Georgia’s Republican governor will send electors for Trump after the many recounts.

As for Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin with their Democrat governors? I think we know how their votes will fall 😉

Ready to accept reality, Trumpers? No? Show me why I’m wrong 😎👍

It will go to the Supreme Court. Then each state gets 1 vote. There are more republicans than dems. He can win there

@losthorizons Forgive me, but I thought a court was about impartially considering evidence not political affiliation.

@losthorizons The Supreme Court can opt not to take the case....and where you have an election which isn’t close enough in the Electoral College to be decided by any one state being reversed, it doesn’t seem like the kind of case the Court feels the need to take the case. The judges are appointed for life, and don’t owe Trump anything. Justice won’t be served by trying to have the Supreme Court override the election process.

@losthorizons If it goes to the house each state with their one vote has to vote along party lines with republicans holding a 30 - 16 count the other 4 states are independent

@losthorizons no it won’t
