Utilita Energy chose to ignore me big mistake

Utilita energy uk chose to ignore my complaint havnt even had the decency to reply , big mistake .I will not rest till I shut them down so they can not cause misery to anyone else .I have reported them to trading standards and a tv program very popular in the uk called watchdog who investigate dodgy companies and hopefully get them shut down.
My next move is every national paper and thanks to their ignorance I have all the ammunition I need because they advertise on facebook where there are 1000s of complaints so copied all of them .I have also asked facebook book to shut them down for breaking advertising laws and making false promises .Hopefully I will have them banned from trading uk wide .
