I Have Something to Say

I couldn't get my mind of my ex and work stress at my job. So I started physical exercise and jogging. At first I could run only 30 seconds stretch. Now its one and half min in 1 month. I don't know when I would be able to jog for 10min straight..
My motivation was to get tired so that I can sleep at night (i am having sleeping disorders for last two months). But now I think I like the exercise. I could lose my job, but I would be healthy and and may find a job that I might like. new gf? I don't care about that much, girls don't understand me and I don't understand them either.
