I Have Something to Say

It's nice out and I want to go outside but I have a creeper neighbor that stares at me all the time and he is out there. I need someone to start a fire or create a diversion so I can go out.

Just look him in the eye and ask him what he I looking at. Or take photos of him looking at you, then ask him. Have a couple of witnesses conveniently near by.
Or just ignore him. Men are going to always look at you, no matter what. Some are just more polite than others.
