I Have Something to Say

The local animal shelters are also affected by what is happening. Many workers are out sick and do to social distancing adoptions are not happening. All the while animals are still being picked up and brought there. Not only are the animals receiving less attention/food etc. but, many shelters will be forced to put down animals as space will run out. Adopting a pet is a huge commitment that many can not make. If you can please consider fostering a pet. You will be giving the shelter some much needed relief while they are short staffed and will free up room so that others can live. If you are stuck home, lonely and bored it will benefit you as well.

I'd love to get a dog but people keep telling me my flat is not ideal as I don't have a garden or a balcony...

@Peppa As long as you make a commitment to walk then it can work.
