how do you know they were banned and didn't just leave/delete?

@stound because when they delete they can come back but when banned they have to make a new user name!

@RadiantRuby if you completely delete, you can't return as your old username. I can assure you on that.

@RadiantRuby I just did it the once, now my old name choice is locked up and unavailable.

@stound you have to enter your old name and password, it will reactivate immediately

@RadiantRuby it didn't seem to. did you return after 3 days and hit the 'yeah, really, really delete everything' button?
